NMM needs to be tightened up, especially on the blade. Also the nails are way too bright against the skin. Once you tighten your shading you should be well on the way to painting good table-top/show standard figures. Try thinned paint or ink glazes to tie shading together. It'll improve the look until you move away from dry-brushing and start getting wet-blending under your belt.
