It would not have taken much to make this into a Chaos marine...different backpack, weapon, get rid of all the imperial insignia and there you go....but the paintjob, nice that it is, doesn't match what it is supposed to represent, bit of an issue there, and honestly wouldn't have been that hard to get a Chaos fig and paint it up as well.
