Saint Mark

The very cool Saint Mark from Dark Age's Forsaken. A nice mini to paint but trickier than I first expected. All metal NMM and painted using Vallejo GC and MC. All comments welcome Cheers! :)

Another really nice mini. The NMM is awsome, as is always the case with your minis :-) The blending on the trousers and the fade on the back of the cloak looks faultless. I think the face is a little below your usual standard, and the free-hand is a little rough. I would have liked to see it without so i could fully see the beautiful green/burgundy transition, but i suppose you severly damage the potential score by not freehanding somewhere!!! Only small points that stop the model getting a 10 from me. Other than that a really nice job. Cheers, Dom

Cheers! I've just PMd you the details but here they are again :) Steel NMM - Base - German Uniform (VMC) + Cold Grey + Imperial blue. Then German Uniform/cold grey. Highlights - cold grey/white upto pure white. the browns were charred brown and VMC Woodgrain. Gold NMM - base - charred brown/cobra leather. Then Cobra leather/Deep yellow (VMC). Highlights - Deep yellow/white upto small area of pure white. finally I used VMC woodgrain for the deeper reflections. The VMC Woodgrain is a sort of glaze - I think it's the sister to VMC Smoke.
