The shading is not sharp enough - he looks like Haribo bear. The eyes are strange for me...
Maybe put one more highlight on the edges of the armour, he'll look sharper and more real.
I would only give this a 6, since you have made some details (like the mark on the kneepad, and the combi-bolter, the bird on the breast) very good, but somethings you've just let out. And he's a bit to bloody for my liking.
