Blood Bowl Orc Lineman Sumo Wrestler Conversion
Display Piece/Model "Wasabi the Sumo Orc" by Susan Wachowski, aka Paintminion The Blood Bowl Orc Lineman was heavily converted and sculpted by me as a sumo wrestler mounted on a can of Japanese wasabi as the base. Conversion was done using Kneadatite Blue and Yellow. Hair, chin/cheeks, and torso are all heavily sculpted. Painted with Reaper Master Series Acrylic Paints, and sealed with Testors Dullcote for protection. The model was done for the 2015 Iron Painter Competition, Round 4 - "Made In Japan" and can be found in the contest gallery at http://themostexcellentandawesomeforumever-wyrd.com/community/gallery/category/16-round-4-made-in-japan/ I was challenged by a number of fellow painters to include certain things in my entry, in addition to satisfying the theme of "Made in Japan". Games Workshop, Blood Bowl Orc Lineman- check Pink - check Cagematch - ready to wrestle anywhere anytime! check The can of wasabi used as the base is brand new and wasabi is still factory sealed inside, bought at our local Japanese Market. The orc is permanently based on the lid of the can with putty, painted black with a Green "W". The lid base can be removed from the can at will. The bottom of the can is signed and dated.
