Warboss: Grizzix 'umie smasha

I got a better pic of this one. Converted from an IG ogryn. This is the first real conversion I ever did not counting vehicles. Ork warboss with'eavy armor, iron gob, shoota/scorcha and a choppa. I thought it turned out pretty well. Tell me what you think. Comments and suggestions are welcome.
