@zaran zod, I belive greece girls can be blonde.. I think this is one of the better i've seen, I like everything eccept the nmm wich is less good.

I'll echo the NMM comments; not quite enough contrast, perhaps less mid-grey and more light grey up to white would assist. Also the flesh tone could use a bit more contrast as well, deeper shading mostly, or higher highlights. I love the color choices in the clothing, and your freehand is quite nice. Overall its a well conceived and smoothly painted piece. A work to be proud of!
