I totaly forgot about the contest and i think that it ends today on Aug 18th. I painted her up last night (4.5 hrs) and took some quick pics today (sorry for the bad pics i will update them at a latter time.). I painted this mini up in a more traditional way rather then in a fantasy style. A common fighter supporting common clothing is what i saw when i first looked at this mini. There is a little flair of some history in her as well, with the roman style cloak that i gave her. Thanks for any comments.

on the contrary I'really love the metals but the wood on the shield looks to rough.

Very nice colors and trim. The shield is outstanding :) Not sure about the metals though, but the rest rocks! - Glyn
