CMON Amazon - err Drow

First this figure was going to get an Aztec inspired paint scheme. The she was going to be a wood elf, but when I picked up my brush I had to paint her as a Drow elf. Great figure, and I'm very happy with the way she paints up. Comments welcomed.

The skin, clothing, wood surfaces, hair and baseare great. The NMM is done correctly, if she's supposed to be standing in some sort of desert. The reflecting surfaces are so broad that the flat horizon looks out of place. If there was some ornamentation in the center of the shield surface and the blade, then the flat horizon would fit better. Even some reflected ground texture would help here. It's kind of weird to complain about successfully incorporating a difficult technique, but that's the only real drawback here.

I really really like the skin and the spider webs. The others are right about the NMM though. There is something not quite right about it. Maybe if the line in the horizon was a bit more uneven the effect would work.....

I think the brown you used on the horizon of you gold SENMM is too light, it doesn't make the mini look realistic. The shading and free hand on the back of the cloak is very good, and I also like your choice of colors!
