Cornelius Fauchelevent - In Yellow

I remember wanting this figure the first time I saw the Smart Max miniatures and was actually quite disappointed when I couldnï¿½t get one at Salute because it hadnï¿½t been released. So when I had the option do enter a figure for the Smart Max competition it was an obvious choice. I also used it as part of a group paint on The Basement forum for doing a figure in mostly one colour. So if you want there are some work in progress pictures there. Hopefully I will be able to do a couple of small step by step articles on it later. Work in Progress The floor of the base is made from wood inlay which was colour toned with both powders and paints to fit with the overall colour scheme. The wallpaper was printed from a pattern that was pried, cut into strips and then damage added to match the textured area on the plasticard used for the wall. I sculpted the three eyes that are peeking through the holes in the floor and wall.

Excellente atmosphère, belle utilisation des matériaux, je pense par exemple au plancher en marquetterie, On ressent toutes les créatures malsaines qui se trouvent derrière le mur, c'est trés bien fait. Le coté vieille Angleterre du personage est lui aussi trés bien rendu :) Je trouve par contre que le bois du socle, malgré qu'il soit trés beau, attire un peu trop le regard, c'est dommage.
