I'm no expert, but that blade looks more like a multi-flavored candy to me rather than a blade. Them wacky citadel colors. But I don't think the SE-NMM on the shoulder looks that bad.
OK, for starters I think it's a good first attempt at SE-NMM. That said, the gloss finish on the mini ruins the effect - the real reflections conflict with the NMM "reflections". It breaks the illusion. Also I don't think the gun barrel should be chrome. It seems wrong for some reason. But.. it's your mini not mine :)
