Commission piece I love how he came out and need to get a new camera soon mine not does not do the NNM justice it keeps drowning into mainly one color in the photos :( I really liked painting this guy and I think he would make a freaking awesome Blood Dragon Vampire for my undead so will be doing him again soon ^_^ The cape details I barrowed from Brokenblades fantastic version.

Meh, sometimes the base is oversold, but here remember this is Sigvald, who is sinfully excessive. Keeping the subject in mind, an ornate base would be appropriate, as well as some more contrast but as you say poor photography may be the culprit. To me the skin is at odds, he needs to be milky pale. But you did enough things right to warrant an 8.

Thanks ^_^ Ya the base was done just for gaming but I did try to keep the grass seperated to show the story line of the ground changing to give him a clear path.

Such an awesome model, nice touch on the Slanesh style purple skin tone, awesome cloak details. I'd give you an 8.5 as the base is a little weak, but rounded up to 9/10 :)
