Mini choice and color scheme picked out by wife. Her request pushed my limits as I had never tried a blend/fade on cloth before and working with blacks so close to lights is intimidating. Still it was a fun project. Feed back always appreciated.

I agree with DFB here...the mini is neat, and you obviously have great brush control...now you need to work on adding some shading and light to her...you can try using washes to add some instant shadows to the skin, it would look better than the one tone you have, I think even a basic shade wash on the skin and dress would push this one up quite a bit.

Neat job, but you need to do a lot more shading and highlighting here to emphasis all the details. It's a nice blue you have chosen to go on that dress. I think the base needs to be built up a little more if this is a character model as well.Its a neat job though. dfb
