Citadel - Fiend Factory FF23 - Goblin advancing With Spear-Sword c. 1980 Mounted on a 20mm base This is the first of many of these goblins I have, a companion unit to the Red Orcs. His base is a bit of a failed experiment but useful practice nonetheless :) Cheers all, B.

Hi Wren, thanks for the comment :) There is an idea developing for a unit of these Gobbos, centrepiece is Standard Bearer on a 40mm base. The Standard device is vomiting blood out in huge gouts, forming a pool to the front of the base. This pool spreads out & surrounding troops have messy bases but no blood on their weapons yet! Of course this test piece didn't fill me with confidence, a rethink of approach is required methinks! Cheers, B.

Nice clean job! As old as he is, and on that size of base, I'm sure he's much smaller than he looks in the photo. If he committed all the carnage suggested on the base, seems like his weapon should be bloodied or his clothes spattered?
