What Barkel says about drybrushing can be true but if done correctly is a useful painting technique. As long as you water down you paints and use more layers instead of trying to do it in one go it will look good. The only thing I would do for this mini is highlight the red more as it seems a little flat otherwise nice neat paint job.
The picture could be a little better, but I'm not great at that myself, so I have no adivce for improving pic quality. It looks like you've made attempts at drybrushing on the legs, washing on the skin and armor, and blending on the horns. I'm not a big fan for dry brushing, as it makes a very stoney appearance IMO. That's great for rocks, but not for pants. The blending on the horns looks good. Perhaps a light grey or light brown wash on the white fur will help pick out some detail.
