don' like the glossy effect, is that varnish or your camera? Personnally I didn't use varnish for 15 years at least, event for "designed to play" minis: the paint isn't so fragile and warnish often provoke undesired effects
Cool miniature, I love the warg riders. One suggestion, concentrate on the face of the orc, if you undercoat in black try to leave the eyes black then paint in slits of white or green for the eyes, keep em shadowed
