It loks like a digital camera pic so you can't change the f-stop, to expand the focus range. Try shedding more light on your mini, and yes back it up a bit. If possible use "day light bulbs" to get rid of the yellow tint. Love the face though.
The picture is a bit blurry try backing the camera up a little as it seems to be focusiong on the center of the picture(hip pack,sword hilt) and fuzzing up the edges. a better picture could get higher scores. I still like the rugged feel the colors and shading give. Over all it gives the trouble in the barroom feel. I like it.
