This guy is a Warlords mini from reaper that I converted for my blood bowl team, the Wasteland Warhawks. Being a khorne team, they use blood as body paint so I worked that into the team. More pics of the team in the gallery at my homepage.

Perhaps you should gouge into the hand with a blade to remove that circular part where the Beastmen were once holding a weapon. It would help it from looking like he's holding something.
