This is a Mature Nephilim that I painted up for Wyrd's Total Testosterone IV competition - Monster's Ball category. He was originally on a bigger - and emptier - base, so I re-based him. (Re-posting as there seems to have been a problem with the image hosting site I was using; the image wasn't showing up)

love the contrast going on in this mini. aside from the previously mentioned shading with the skin and wings, this is a great paint job of one of my favorite miniatures

I don't understand the score at the moment either. It all looks neat and wellpainted. I like the face in particular. I think both the off white for the skin and the hair looks a bit flat though. It could be a bit washed out because of the photo perhaps but a bit more shading on the skin and a little more highlihting on the yellowish part. 6.5 Sven

Wow, the score on this seems pretty harsh at the moment of my commenting. (4.6) I like the shading on the robe particularly. I think the skin and wings both need a little more depth of shading. The blond hair/fur makes a nice contrast to the neutrals and the red.
