Not sure what's going on here - your paint appears to be too thin, you haven't even tried to avoid going over the lines, the undercoat is clearly visible, and the paint that is evident has just been blotched on with what looks like a tank brush.
Try and keep within the lines and endevour to cover the undercoat completely: Neatness is half the battle
