well, I agree with the below comment, though I'd still rate it higher.
Again though, looks like you've spend 2 mins max on the boots. Also, the blade I would imagine to be more agile and sleek, like an elven sword.
i give this a 6 for a really great sculpt. For Fulgrim though ( my fave primarch) his face needs to be almost fem. thinner armor looks best on fulgrim. His legs would have done better to be closer since he is in a static stance. I think an almost foppish approach serves him better. Still a really good model.
