I think you should leave the spear as I assume it is the fabled spear of russ which is kept on garn, (even though Russ didnt like the spear much :))

Awesome sculpt! I agree with Trucker on the hair though. It really takes away from the model and it looks like a colonial wig. Love the different claws too!
