Hi all! Well after my last effort being a dark and gritty Chaos number, I thought I'd go for a bright and beautiful subject this time. I like to vary my style :). Had this figure for years and just had to do it as I have the time again. Such a cute pretty sculpt, and hey I'm a sucker for cute Japanese girls ;). Got the kimono colours from a real example. Your technique is good, pal. And the colours are well chosen. The kimono is awesome but... it's not for those things that I give you this rating. It's because of the whole mini, I mean when I look at it, I feel like I actually was in Japan ! And THAT is the most important : the feeling.

Nice one Adrian! I've had this primed on my bench for years (literally) and this is the sort of thing that may well get it painted....... Figure is totally superb, but I do feel the groundwork lets it down a little considering the high quallty of the figure painting
