This is a Skeleton demon thing from the Old Ral Partha Skeleton Legions of the Liche King Box set. I had a lot of fun painting him and trying out the OS lighting for the first time.
I also happen to have this Boxset. One point that I suggest is acquiring a set a Needle Files for removing mould lines prior to primering the Mini; I'm seeing several on both wings and the left arm.
