This is the first place trophy for the D&D Miniatures constructed national championship at Gen Con Indy 2007. The figure was removed from the base, and the base was built up with hand casted blueish-green resin blocks for the glacial effect. The basic figure was airbrushed and then each scale was individually highlighted by hand because I'm insane. This figure was finished in July, 2007. I think it's one of my best.

A VERY realistic looking dragon!!! I'm not a big fan of the base though, and the wings could be better I think. Keep up the AMAZING works!!!

I would really like to see some closeups, especially of the face and a sample of the scales. It looks extremely nice though.

Extremely impressive. Almost sad you had to give it away, but what a great trophy! Definately some of your best work, if not your best. I can't see anything wrong with this.
