Firtly there is a heavy colour cast on this picture which doesn't help people judge the colour work. You seem to have also drybrushjed quite heavily on the figure. While drybrushing is a well used and time honoured means of painting it doesn't always work on miniatures and this is a case in example. You would have been better off using the layering technique and working the highlights up with a greater smoothness. Your paints appear rather thick so I would suggest watering them down at least 50/50, if not more, to get smooth even coats. Thinning paints will take more coats but will achieve better resuts. You do have a couple of spots of Overpainting but that will disappear with time and practise.
