Yeah, get more light on the mini and we'll be able to rate it a little more accurately.
Look around at some of the other "dark" minis here on the site -- you'll see that even under bright lights they look appropriately dark/evil/somber/necromantic/etc... that's what good painting is all about.
But even though the darkness may match the mini, it probably also ensures that the rating does not. Due to the darkness, it is just not possible to to adequately judge the mini. (I can't even tell where the mini stops and the background starts in a lot of places.)
I'm guessing that it's tabletop quality at least, so I'll go with a 5. I think that it would have been more with a better pic.
