He's old but not goonies old. Pretty sure these were the new SM Scouts that came out with Advanced Space Crusade, the game that introduced the Tyranids. (I still miss the old Genestealer army)

HEY YOU GUYS!! Slick looking old model... scary thing is that it's probably from the same era as the Goonies, so the Sloth reference might have some truth in it ;)
