(6.5)+/- I agree with previous comments the final highlights on the skin tone need to blend in a little more. Ditto the shirt. While not a really eye catching sculpt this is still a good paintjob.

No Such Agency
(6.5) Why did WOTC even bother making "Star Wars" figures like this? He could be a generic sci-fi guy from any universe - he doesn't even have a distinctive SW-type blaster. As for the paint job, you used good colour choices, he doesn't look military, more like a hard-ass civilian/rogue. Your blending could be smoother, for instance on the tunic and muscles.

Temperance
Smoother transitions on the skin would improve this. I'm a sucker for these Star Wars figures and this is a nice job.
