Security 'bot - Galacta 25
You can't have a game that's a Star Wars rip off without cute little robots. This is one of the first miniatures I painted way back in 1980 or so. I think the little emblem on the side must have been my very first attempt at free hand painting. Yeah I know the sculpt is pretty bad and the paint job is terrible but I still love him! This miniature is from a game called Galacta 25 that was published by Heritage USA around 1979. The setting was a Star Wars rip of with the good rebel Star Commandoes fighting the evil Galacta Empire. A simple yet fun miniatures game.
