I dont like that elephant grass, it's too static and straight, but the whole mini is not bad at all. I'm happy because i see a newly painted old saurus- i hate the new ones. A better photo could make more visible the painting quality. I think there are too many colors on the feathers and they don't get on well with the color of the skin, for example the red, pink and yellow next to each other is too irritating, but it's my personal opinion. Is that weapon made of bronze? If it is, please note that corrodation on the edges are often thinner than on the sides of the blade because of recent using, so it's better to use bronze or copper/brass colors to highlight these areas. I give you a 7 for this mini itself and the many different coloured parts, and because you did not followed that ugly light blue scheme of the GW guys:) The lizard itself without hat is pretty good i think.
