Witch Hunter (Repost)

This is an repost from my earlier postnr. 110459! My friend (with a real camera!) did help me to get much better pictures of the Witch Hunter. Here is the text of the originel post: When I read the Warhammer Novel: "Witch Hunter" from C.L. Werner and knew in one of my storageboxes was a Warhammer Quest Witch Hunter lying around, I had to paint it! So here he is: Mathias Thulmann. I wanted to give this mini a really weatherd look, as if he was fighting all day long! I painted with GW/Citadel paint and drilled out the barrel of the gun, that was a secure job! (lol). I hope you like it, I did my best. All comments are welcome, I am trying to get my paint jobs better so please leave some constructive comment. All the best, Erik

Excellent interpretation of my character. The only miniature I can think of that is perhaps a bit closer to how I picture Mathias Thulmann would be the Johann van Hal figure from the 'Dogs of War' range. Of course the one I painted up is a far cry from this magnificent display of artistry. Very humbling to know some of my literary ramblings inspired it.
