ZBP Azure sword master question

2 questions here. Can a survivor dual weild any 2 weapons with the dual symbol, or must they both be the same weapon?

If not than with his blue ability I would still need to find 2 of the same weapon that DOESNT have dual weild to use swordmaster?

Unless I'm way off, seems under whelming compared to most of the other blue abilities.

Certain weapons have a (dual wield) symbol in the upper left section of the equipment card. "Sword Master" allows the character to treat all weapons as if they all have that symbol, and thus can "duel wield" any weapon. But yes, they must be the same weapon.
