It\'s my Imperial Ogre Landsknecht I\'m workin\' on. It\'s a part of a battlescene diorama for this year Golden Demon. I\'ve removed some crappy stuff from it and added some XVI century german landsknechts clothes, and today I\'ll start to paint it. So tell me guys what you think about it.

:eek:

That looks great. The slashes in the material look spot on.

Only criticism is that there is something not quite right with his sword arm. Can\'t quite put my finger on it. It looks a little awkward.

A dandy ogre:D

arm problem

@Spacemunkie

The sword-arm is OK, maybe the problem is the shot angle from which the picture was taken. Or maybe you\'re talkin about the size of the bigger part of the sleeve, but as I watch at it right now, everything seems to be OK

I think the change from greens to metal makes the sword arm look smaller.Bit of paint should sort that out.
Bags of character:D

Oh I see. You probably overexposed the image, that\'s why it looks so shiny. Thanks for explaining, I started thinking that maybe priming with metallic spray is a new trend I\'m unaware of :) Good luck with painting it, so far it looks amazing!

Oh and btw ... there\'s a GD in Poland?

Great work I love the composition with the Night Goblin I agree it is very funny.

It is! I love pieces with good sense of humor. This one is an excellent example! As much as I dislike Ogres and Goblins, I can\'t help admiring your work, Gibbon.

Wow, this is really good. One question; what is happening on the base? Are you done with it, because you already sprayed it?
