WoK Players in the Boston Area

Hi gamers!

I wanted to let you guys know that there is a strong WoK presence in the Boston area, and we are always looking for new people to come and hang out with us. My gaming group, the 'Arvard 'Ard Boyz (a hold over name from our old 40K days) meets up every Thursday night to throw down dice and mins at Pandemonium Books & Games in Cambridge MA. It's right my the Central T station, and there is some parking, although that can be a pain.

A bunch of us backed the Kickstarter and have been playing pretty regularly since march. We're still learning how to play and are having a good time doing so. Hadross is probably the most popular House in our meta, but there's also a few Goritsi and Nasier players, with a Shael Han and Teknes player as well, so everyone is represented.

If you're ever in the area on a Thursday, feel free to come down and say hi, We have a Legionnaire that comes to the store, and any of us would be happy to walk you through a game or lend you some models for an intro. We mostly play intro to skirmish sized games anyways currently, but we're warming up to bigger games.

There's also the Hobby Bunker in Malden that has a few players on Saturday as well, although I think it's a little more rare. There is a demo day this Saturday though, so check it out if you can.

Hope to see some of you guys around!

Nice to be able to put faces to screen names. I was the other Nasier player at the Tournament.

"the other Nasier player" as in the guy who took first? Congrats by the way! That was a great game against you in round 1. I was happy to place 3rd and help give Nasier a good showing. Next time I'll remember not to try to kill your Bloodmask leader in Shieldwall with the Bloodchild though. She is a tough nut to crack.

What was the guy who placed 2nd playing? Goritsi?
