why cmon admin never answer??

i have sent several mails to the administrators of this site asking about several questions and they never answer to me.. this is normal?

i thought it was a question of politeness.. maybe they cannot repair my problems but they can tell me.. \"it is impossible yto do nothing\"..but at least they can answer to me...have someone the same experience?¿?¿

i have sent a mail directly to them .. in the link appears in the bottom of the screen..

some of my minis dissapeared and my first one the link is broken ore something like this.. i dont wanna miss the comments so i would like to put another link ... i mean, to substitute the image with teh same but from other imagewebsite.. you understand?? and i only want to know if it is possible ..

i sent 2 mails to them and never recieve an answer.. really dont know why.

Don\'t know about the e-mail thing, never even noticed it was there before.

As far as I\'m aware, it is not possible to up-date or replace an existing image - you will need to submit it as a new entry or find a way to replace the one you originally linked to on it\'s hosting site (if that\'s possible).

Send a message to Dragonsreach or Supervike. I don\'t know where that link emails to but either one of those two can get you taken care of.

What sort of time frame are you talking about...

I know that DR is a busy man with work, and I believe his wife is ill(?) or something (Not sure), so I always tend to give him plenty of time to reply.

I haven\'t PMd Supervike often, but have usually received an answer pretty quickly.

Dunno about any other mods - maybe some of the regulars can answer just as well.

Don´t you worry, Alfonso, just write a Mail to Dragonsearch, he can replace Pictures that broke after some time, but you have to be quick, because If too many people mark it as \"Broken\" it will dissapear together with your comments...!... So Hurry up, put them on some Webspace, send the Link to Dragonsearch and tell him, what´s wrong... He is very nice and will answer you quickly...:)...

Edit: Ah, and... Chern Ann never answered my mails as well... So I think he is away or maybe he has no time, who knows... I don´t think he is fed up with the page...

Ok Sorry but I\'ve been away. (No not as in Paris Hilton lol )

Just had a long weekend in Newcastle celebrating my dad\'s 75th Birthday (Sunday), Chilling out with him and and meeting up with Matty1001 on Monday.

Unfortunatley He doesn\'t have internet access so I\'ve not been able to get my \"Daily Fix\" of Mini\'s. (Internet cafe\'s what one of them in Newcastle?)

Anyhow, Now I\'m back I\'m more than happy to help you out Banshee.

Unfortunately, Dragonsreach and I are put into an awkward situation at times. The CONTACT US link sends an E-mail off the Chern, but niether Mike nor I ever get to know about that.

Not making excuses, but we can\'t help what we don\'t know about.

Not sure why Chern doesn\'t reply. We can fix some of the problems, but not all.

Mike or myself are on the site frequently throughout the day. Very rarely have we both been gone for any real length of time.
