Why can I never get the site to load?! NEED Steamroller PDF!!

I've been trying periodically to get logged on to the Privateerpress site. There is a steam roller tourney coming up at my LGS, and I need the rules PDF.

This is a big reason why I stopped going to their forum...never fails!

If anyone has the PDF, can you PM me so I can get it from you PLEASE!!
