who is Hagen ??? and a rule's question

on the card of Asger, hammers of ragnarok 's captain, they wrote "may not be recruited to a crew containing Hagen."

ok but who is Hagen ??

and on many cards and capacity we found "The Crew", it's only the bosun and sailors ? or the heroes too ?

Sorry no help with Hagen (i think he must be one of the expansion hero for Hammers).
Yes the crew is specifically talking about the Deckhands and Bosuns, as heroes are not part of the ships crew(However i do not know if the deck gun counts as crew).
