Where to start in Wrath of Kings

A faction starter is pretty much it. That'll allow you to play at the patrol or skirmish levels. Just print out the rules and cards on the website. The cards in the starter are outdated.

What Faction? is the next question. Do you like finesse (Shael Han), messing with your opponent's position (some Goritsi), straight up bar room brawl (Teknes), uhm... sorry, haven't played the other two factions to give you a sense of what they are like...

I wanted Goritsi, but at the CMON Expo 3 years ago, I received a Shael Han starter kit in my Swag Bag. I participated in a Build and Play event at the Expo, and now have all five armies. Nasier and Hadross are finally approaching the paint table.

I would highly recommend getting the two-player Honor And Treachery: Battle at Ravenwood set https://www.coolminiornot.com/shop/...or-and-treachery-the-battle-of-ravenwood.html This will allow you to see two factions and have enough models to entice a friend to play as well.

only if you like the 2 armies contained. If you like one of the remaining three, then it's not good for you.
