well, im sat at my painting table now, looking outside, sky is ugly as sin and i feel crap. i dont have any reason to be sad, but it seems that while evrythings grey so am i. so that made me wander, what largely evryday things change howyou feel, to what extent, and why?
for me, finishing a mini makes me feel good, sense of achievement and all that but any acoutic music makes me feel quite reclusive.
so come, share your emotions, and convince us all that your still even slightly human:D

Blood sugar. Fighting irregular hypoglycemia but not being diabetic means I can eat sugar with out a problem normally but every now and then it will really mess me up.

I am, apparently, a big softy. I like sentimental movies, children almost always make me smile, and there are very few children that don\'t cling to my leg after they\'ve known me for an hour or so.

I tend to present myself as a bored stoic to the world, though.

Getting a bit drunk makes me a happy, chatty idiot. So I avoid that. :)

What has happened at work usually affects my mood, so I try to ignore that as much as possible and maintain my happy thoughts.

Women. They can be both a pleasureable distraction or a troublesome distraction than can either send you to the peaks of happiness or to the depths of despair. They are usually one and the same person, and there is no cure. Depresses me consistently.

I tend to be a happy person for the most part but a run-in with my ex can do me in emotionally. He can be so nice sometimes that I almost wonder why I have a problem with him and then he turns into a real a-hole at the drop of the hat and I know exactly why I left.

Really right now him and lack of sleep are the only things that can make me depressed.

I\'d have to agree with women. Single biggest influence on my mood, either way, but for the last decade or so has been overwhelmingly negative.

:cussing:

EDIT: then music, I get serious adrenaline rushes off of music I like. Also affects mood, so I try to avoid sad music these days.

Whether or not I have my caffeine fix in the morning. If I have, all will be well during the day, if not then I won\'t be the most approachable person.

Man, i might be an exeption to the \"woman\" argument lol They don\'t really have much to do whith it, i\'m probably too rational or laid back.

The things that piss me off are usually just a**holes, uncaring unconsiderate people. There isn\'t much that can bring me down. I love the company of buds, anyone I met for 5 mins who seems cool can be awesome! I\'m also an awesome drunk Genrul. Lets get drunk.
