Its a pretty much perfect example, great work and the picture shows it off perfectly.

I\'m curious though how it looks in real life, as NMM is generally considered a technique that photographs well, how does it stand up to the naked eye? (note this isn\'t a criticism of the work or technique, just a general observation about NMM)

It\'s amazing chrome NMM. I\'d even venture to say near-perfect, and certainly audacious. There\'s a fighter/paladin figure somewhere on the site with full plate armour, all done in chrome NMM, but I can\'t find it right now... This one is way better

It\'s gorgeously clean. I left a comment on it as well.

I think I like the pale winter-nmm look more than the summer that shows up a lot, and I must try using a paler blue on mine - mine are a bit too dark a lot of the time.

But it\'s a great combo of model+technique, nicely complementary.

It is amazing that you have taken a miniature and turned it into something that looks like it came from a high tech CGI company!

I have mailed this memeber twice to see if he/she could share how he/she did this. So far nothing. If you wish people to to keep commenting on your work, a little communication with fans wouldn\'t go a miss, If you have,nt been back online yet I apologize. I just hate it when people ignore you(get ready for funny people posting things like\"sorry was you talking etc\")

I normaly only get to go online during work hours , and then only sparingly. So if i havent replied to everyone who\'s asked me about this mini, sorry & please be patient.

I think i\'m going to have to write some kind of article on how i painted this. I\'ll keep you all posted when its done. thanks for all your comments and votes.
