wet palette sponge

Hey, um... has anyone tried using those round cosmetic sponges (typically used for applying foundation to the face) as a sponge for a wet palette? I\'m gonna give it a shot and see how it works, didn\'t know if anyone else has tried it.

Lots of different things have been tried from what we\'ve seen in threads - sponges (and \'sponges\', i.e. foam), kitchen paper and even blotting paper. Basically anything that\'ll hold on to some water will work, but if you don\'t want to have to try to disinfect whatever it is (when it goes stinky or mouldy, not if) it\'s a good idea to use something disposable.
