But then I noticed that it is called an escalation model??
Ok so I bought the battlegroup and I\'ve got a set of the rules coming (damn slow A$$ E-bay) lollollollollollol ... How many Seethers can you have in a battle group??? And is this thing the most powerful Cryx machine?
I\'m also super interested in hearing about the game if anybody can spare a few lines ... not to technical just some thoughts.
Escalation is just the first suppliment for Warmachine, so there\'s no problem. As for using the Seether in your current forces, check the card that came with the Seether; it should list a Field Allowance, and that\'s the number of those buggers you can take
per Cryx warcaster. I don\'t have the model and card, but looking at the .pdf they put online, it looks like this bugger has a FA of 2.
As for the game, it\'s fantastic! Quick playing, and pretty well organized. I\'ve only had the chance to play a couple of games, but I enjoyed it far more than I ever enjoyed a 40k game.
As for the Seether being the \"most powerful\" Cryx model, that\'s definitely a debate. Looks to me like it has some pretty tricky problems (Rage). The thing I\'ve found about Warmachine in the (too few) games that I\'ve played is this: Every model is the supreme bad-ass of the army while at the same time being completely useless. What I mean by this is that every single model is powerful in some respect, but you have to be intelligent on how and when you use it, and how you support it with the rest of your force. It seems that there are a ton of \"killer combos\" in the game, but each one that I\'ve seen so far can be thwarted by someone doing exactly the right thing at the right time.
