Not bad, if it were available I might buy it.
However there is one thing that stands out as "wrong" to me, The Barrel/Cylinder ratio is off.
The Barrel is centered but the Cylinder still sits at the top of the barrel, which would mean either a wasted and ineffectual discharge or the projectile being a squib and not exiting the barrel or that the cylinder is actually just a single shot Breech.
I'd suggest balancing the two and increasing the additional shapes sitting on the barrel to merge into the frame in front of, and above the Trigger guard.
