War Council PC Version?

Hello,

completely new to the game, but not tabletop gaming. Downloaded the War Council App on my phone which looks great and very similar to another game system.

My question is there a PC Web version. If so did not see it on the official web site.

There isn't, it's just available on iOS and Android.

That said, there's the unofficial http://www.asoiafbuilder.com/ which is pretty good
