I\'ve got a bottle of vallejo thinner, but I suspect that it\'s not really best when used straight up. I\'ve come to this conclusion based on the fact that you can thin acrylic paint with water, but after a certain point, there\'s not enough acrylic medium and it breaks down. I assume it works the same way with thinner...?
Any road, I haven\'t seen a robust discussion on this topic, though I\'ve come across random blurbs like \"I mix 4:6 thinner to water\" etc.
I was wondering what y\'all use as your mix ratio, and how you arrived at that value.
Also, do you thin your glaze mediums, metallic mediums, or drying retardant?
