USPS Tracking number doesnt exist.. cant ring customer support? arrgh? Order #1000192

Hi,

its all in the title.. i ordered some of that instant-mold stuff and it got dispatched on the 4th of Feb...
I also got a tracking number in the email, but it doesnt work in the USPS site.. which is apparently who it got dispatched with..


So the money has been taken but i have no way of tracking my parcel or contacting coolminiornot.. Im in the uk, i tried ringing the (404) number with 001 prefix but no joy. Think i might give that another go. (but i dont know where the [404] is for, so i dont know what country to code to prefix with)

I'm posting here, because this is the first time ive ordered anything from you lot and im unsure who i do contact - it was a coolminiornot online store so posting here seems appropriate.
If anyone can clear this up it'd be appreciated!

Hi,
If you ordered via USPS First Class Mail instead of priority, the tracking number is a customs number only that you can use with Royal Mail if the package goes missing. I wouldn't be too concerned right now, US to UK mail takes between 1 to 2 weeks to get there.

The 404 number is in the US, so you need to either dial 011, then 1, then 404 if you're calling from the UK (I think). Alternatively, you can give me a ring on Skype, Skype username: chernann
