ultramarine colours

hi ive just started looking at ultamarines ive found two ways of doing them

1) is spray black
regal blue
highlight with regal blue/ultramarine blue 50/50
final highlight ultramarine blue/ skullwhite 50/50

2)spray white
mordian blue
asurmen blue
highlight ultramarine blue
