Back in Black!

http://www.coolminiornot.com/101187

Please vote and comment generously. I am very very happy to have this little guy back in action. Thanks so much for your support.

Thanks also for the painting advice in my earlier thread. I hope you are pleased with the results. I did not go with the skull theme, as I wanted to show a more simple and bold rendition of this miniature painted. I am pleased with how clean this miniature turned out, considering its rusted and distressed textures.

I hope to paint and post another one of these within the next few months, as it is really a blast to paint.

More importantly, this lil\' guy is for sale and ready to be in your home. He is the same price he originally was, only now you get one of my 60mm round bases for free.

Go ahead and check out http://www.ultraforge.org for more information on this and other miniatures.

Thank you to the CMON mods, my CMON friends and to the dedicated ULTRAFORGE purchasers.

Take care.

Sophia.

Glad to see that you got this back up for sale.

I really like what you did with this and I think it is a big improvement on the original sculpt.

You\'ve really got a great line going so far. Unfortunately I\'m a little too poor right now to buy any of your miniatures, but I will get one soon. Are you planning on releasing some smaller, less expensive ones?

I\'m sure a lot of work has gone into this, but well... It\'s ugly! I couldn\'t imagine why anyone would want to buy it.
However your sculpting skills are awsome as always. I love that clean style - though this time the mini itself is really not my cup of tea.

Oh, and I\'ve just spotted that new giant on your website - lovely!

Hehe, he is pretty ugly isnt he. :)

Damn, he heard me say that!

Awww, I hear him sobbing in the next room. Now I have to go dry his eyes... again! Its not his fault he is a lepper cyborg. :(

He has got some rotten self-esteem. Get it... rotten? :|~

I can only speak for myself, but I like ugly miniatures as long as they\'re well sculpted. If I get $45 over some day I might just order me one... I\'d really like to paint one! :)

Thank you to the CMON mods, my CMON friends and to the dedicated ULTRAFORGE purchasers.

Well, it seems like you do a pretty steady amount of business off the CMONers, but yet you will not let the CMON store carry your wares, just find it kind of odd. I am sure you have your reasons, but I would think, the amount of interest alone on CMON would justify it. There are people that would tag on a couple of your items just because they are placing an order with the CMON store... just a thought.

???

As a consumer, I do agree with borg. I like to combine orders where I can, and having more options when I place an order is always a good thing.

I would second that. I can understand selling them on your own website, but I think you would really broaden your customer base if you let CMON sell them as well.

Well, I agree with you guys, especially you Borg. I am really looking forward to wholesaling my miniatures, but...

I am having a very very hard time finding a great quality and fair priced manufacturer. I can not pour the units needed to fuill the demands of the retailers. I have to keep replying to and store the emails of this variety, to reply to when I get these lil guys manufactured.

Help! If anyone knows of a reliable manufacturer or can help me find one, Ill do whatever I can to repay.

I have indeed used coolmini to sell most of my products, and I am seriously looking forward to future buisiness dealings in the CMON store (which I love). I just need to fix that manufacturing issue.

Please help if you can. In the meantime, I am searching like mad, in between sculpting and mailing. Yeesh, what do I have to do to get a vacation around here! ???

Sophia, the new LoP looks great! Rather than liking one over the other, I like them both.

Gotta go order now. Whatever you do, don\'t slip up on the fabulous quality of the castings...okay, I\'m a fanboy!:D

You\'ll struggle to find a manufacturer to knock stuff out in resin as cheaply as you want it to be. Look at doubling what you charge, and you may get somewhere near.

It\'s a bugger - I\'ve already tried!!

Try The Figure Trader or Ainsty in the UK.

Sigh. Tell me about it. I have literally gotten over a dozen quotes back, with only one being reasonably priced (in my opinion).

So... back to work for me. Im off to give these little LoP\'s homes :)
