Very nice! I can’t quite tell from the pictures. Did you use a metallic paint for the blue scales? And did you use a blue wash on some of the other armor (shoulders)? If so, how do you feel that worked out? Worth it? Wish you had done more?

Ive been working on mine, and debating how far I wanted to take the blue armor.

I used a deep blue color for their armor and washed it twice with green wash. I realize the light strongly reflected off of the green wash that I also applied to their should pads and legs but in actuality it is much more subtle and darker. I noticed in some of the official art, their armor has a green tint to it so that is what I was after. :)

Cool. Thanks for the info! I keep flip flopping back and forth between card art and books as inspiration. Hence my Starks being more grey than blue. There is a lot of enameled armor in the books. Brienne had a dark blue for a time. Still deciding on that one. Lol
